Could it be painful to see your friends taking photos with new friends on Facebook? Those "new friends" used to be you. You used to stand in that same position and do the nonsense that they do. It is a sad but sure sign that you are drifting apart, like repulsive magnets. Like tectonic plates. But you can't help it, right? The envy you feel is a sign of your selfishness. Aren't we all selfish? I'm not comfortable with how this story ends; we were lovers, now we are not even friends.
